Kazakh President Tokayev attends opening of Antalya Diplomatic Forum

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev participated in the official opening ceremony of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum. The event was held on Friday, April 17.
The President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, delivered a speech during the ceremonial proceedings.
The forum's participants include a significant number of international leaders. Among them are President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif, and President of Slovenia Natasa Pirc Musar.
Other heads of state and government in attendance are President of North Macedonia Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, President of Moldova Maia Sandu, President of Syria Ahmed Al-Sharaa, President of Burundi Evariste Ndayishimiye, and President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Felix Tshisekedi.
The delegation also includes Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Becirovic, Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, and heads of other delegations.
The Antalya Diplomatic Forum is an annual high-level international discussion platform. It brings together political leaders, diplomats, experts, as well as representatives from business, media, and civil society.
The forum serves as an effective venue for bilateral and multilateral contacts, political consultations, and informal diplomacy.
