President Donald Trump announced that the U.S. Military operation against Iran is progressing significantly faster than planned. Speaking at a cabinet meeting on Thursday, March 26, the first since the conflict began on February 28, Trump stated that initial projections have been dramatically exceeded.

"We assumed that completing our mission would take roughly four to six weeks. In twenty-six days, we are very, very, very far ahead of schedule," Trump said.

The President emphasized that the initiative for negotiations now lies with Tehran. "They are begging to make a deal, not me," he remarked, suggesting the Iranian regime has privately acknowledged a decisive defeat. He added that Washington would consider an agreement if the terms were right.

However, Iranian officials have publicly denied any ongoing talks with the United States, insisting none have taken place. Despite this public stance, U.S. Assessments indicate Tehran's private interest in a settlement is driven by internal political risks.

This view is supported by Special Envoy Steve Whitkoff, who noted "serious signs" that Iran could be brought to an agreement. He revealed that Washington has relayed a 15-point plan to Tehran through diplomatic channels involving Pakistan.

The administration's position remains firm. A White House spokesperson previously warned that the U.S. President is prepared to "unleash hell" on Iran if it refuses to agree to a deal aimed at resolving the Middle East conflict.
