Footage of a large-scale altercation at a construction site in Russia's Leningrad Region has circulated on social media. The videos, reportedly filmed at a shift camp in the settlement of Ust-Luga, show a crowd of people before a car drives into them at high speed.

User comments on the posts suggest the incident began as a conflict between Kazakhstani workers and local security personnel. A separate video, recorded during daylight, appears to show security guards forcibly loading individuals into a vehicle.

"The Consulate General of Kazakhstan in St. Petersburg is verifying information about the conflict involving citizens of Kazakhstan," stated the Foreign Ministry. "Official inquiries have been sent to the competent authorities of Russia and the management of the company."

The ministry added that diplomats are in contact with police departments in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region to clarify the number of affected Kazakhstani citizens and their legal status. The situation remains under the ministry's control.
