Kazakhstan's Yerbol Khamitov has secured a bronze medal in para cross-country skiing at the Winter Paralympic Games in Italy. The athlete claimed third place in the men's 1500-meter classic sprint event.
Khamitov completed the course with a time of 2 minutes and 29 seconds. The gold medal was won by China's Liu Zixu, while Brazil's Christian Westemeier Ribera took home the silver.
