ERG Appoints New CEO for Kazakhstan Operations, Replaces Serik Shakhazhanov

On March 20, the Management Board of Eurasian Resources Group S.à r.l. (ERG) approved a redistribution of executive powers within the group's Kazakh perimeter.

The decision entails the early termination of the CEO authority previously delegated to Serik Shakhazhanov for the Kazakh operations. Simultaneously, the Management Board resolved to delegate these corresponding powers to Abylai Sadenov.

The company stated that this move was made as part of standard corporate governance procedures. The decision was communicated by Roman Sklyar, a member of ERG's Board of Directors.
