Uzbekistan Backs Pakistan's Diplomatic Efforts for Middle East Ceasefire

Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a telephone conversation with Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, and Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

The parties confirmed that Uzbekistan highly appreciates the efforts of the Pakistani leadership and fully supports Islamabad's initiatives aimed at achieving peace and stability. This support includes measures to secure a two-week ceasefire in the Middle East.

During the discussion, hope was expressed that further diplomatic engagement and constructive efforts would contribute to establishing lasting peace and stability both in the region and beyond.
