Uzbekistan Backs Pakistan's Diplomatic Efforts for Middle East Ceasefire

Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a telephone conversation with Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, and Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

The two diplomats discussed international and regional issues of mutual interest. During the call, Uzbekistan expressed its high appreciation for the efforts of Pakistan's leadership.

The Uzbek side stated its full support for Islamabad's initiatives aimed at achieving peace and stability. This includes backing Pakistan's measures to secure a two-week ceasefire in the Middle East.

Both parties expressed hope that continued diplomatic engagement and constructive efforts would contribute to establishing lasting peace and stability, both in the region and beyond.
