Uzbekistan Issues Travel Warning for Citizens in UAE Amid Regional Tensions

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, in coordination with its diplomatic missions in the United Arab Emirates, has issued an urgent advisory to its citizens residing in or visiting Dubai and other parts of the country.

The warning comes as a response to the sharp escalation of tensions in the Middle East, which has led to restrictions on airspace use. Consequently, air travel between Uzbekistan and the UAE has been temporarily suspended.

The ministry emphasized that enhanced measures are being implemented to ensure the safety of Uzbek nationals abroad. Citizens are urged to remain calm and strictly adhere to all established regulations, including full compliance with local laws and directives from official authorities.

It is strongly recommended that individuals avoid going outside unless absolutely necessary and steer clear of large gatherings. The advisory also stresses relying solely on information from official sources and disregarding unverified rumors.
