President Tokayev Awards Kazakh Women with State Honors for National Development

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree awarding state honors to a group of Kazakh women. The awards recognize their merits in public service, significant contributions to the country's socio-economic and cultural development, and exemplary performance of military and official duties.

The list of awardees includes representatives from various fields: politicians, educators, medical professionals, cultural figures, and members of law enforcement agencies. The highest distinctions were conferred upon several individuals.

Shakira Idrisova, head of a farm in the Zhetisu region, received the Order "Eңбек Даңқы" (Labor Glory) of the 1st degree. Daniya Espayeva, Deputy Chairman of the Mazhilis (the lower house of Parliament), was awarded the Order "Barys" of the 3rd degree.

The honorary title "Қазақстанның еңбек сіңірген қайраткері" (Honored Worker of Kazakhstan) was bestowed upon several prominent figures. These include Olga Perepechina, Deputy Chairman of the Senate; Snezhan Imasheva and Yekaterina Smyshlyaeva, deputies of the Mazhilis; as well as cultural figures like Riza Kanatkyzy, a principal ballet dancer at the Astana Ballet Theater.

A number of educators received the title "Қазақстанның еңбек сіңірген ұстазы" (Honored Teacher of Kazakhstan). Among them are chemistry teacher Tatyana Belousova from Almaty and Irina Smirnova, also a Mazhilis deputy.

The Order "Parasat" was awarded to individuals for their contributions to arts and sciences. Recipients include singer Karina Abdullina, writer Kamal Alpeisova, athlete Kristina Shumekova, and medical researcher Zauresh Smagulova.

Other state orders were also presented. Rufina Usanova, chairperson of a Tatar cultural center in the Almaty region, received the Order "El Birligi" (Unity of the People). The Order "Kurmet" (Honor) was awarded to over twenty women from diverse professions such as healthcare workers, postal service employees, judges, artists, and industrial specialists.

Several women were honored with the Order "Eңбек Даңқы" (Labor Glory) of the 3rd degree for their work in agriculture and industry. Medals for military courage and dedicated labor were also awarded to officers from internal affairs and defense ministries as well as to veterans, artists, engineers, journalists, and pilots.
