Nursultan Nazarbayev Casts Vote in Kazakhstan's Constitutional Referendum

Nursultan Nazarbayev, the First President of Kazakhstan, has participated in the nationwide referendum on adopting a new Constitution. He cast his vote at a polling station located on the grounds of the Astana Opera theater.

The referendum is being held across Kazakhstan on March 15. Voting hours are from 07:00 to 20:00 local time, though specific territorial commissions may adjust these times for citizens' convenience.

The ballot contains a single question: "Do you accept the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the draft of which was published in the mass media on February 12, 2026?"
