Kazakhstan's MFA Advises Citizens to Avoid Travel to Middle East

@МИД РК
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued a strong recommendation for its citizens to refrain from all travel to the Middle East. This advisory is due to the ongoing military hostilities in the region and the closure of airspace in most countries there.
The ministry urges Kazakhstani nationals to postpone any planned trips until active combat operations cease and the situation fully stabilizes. The warning applies broadly to countries across the region.
For Kazakhstani citizens already present in the Middle East, the diplomatic service reiterates a call for heightened personal security measures. They are advised to avoid potentially dangerous areas, comply with instructions from local authorities, and immediately seek shelter in case of missile threats.
Furthermore, it is crucial for those in the region to maintain contact with Kazakhstan's diplomatic missions abroad, as well as with their tour operators and airlines, for updates and assistance.
