The Center for Support of Digital Government under Kazakhstan's Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Tajikistan's company Ayon Smart Solution. The agreement marks a new stage in bilateral collaboration focused on digital transformation.

The partnership is aimed at developing digital public services, implementing GovTech solutions, and advancing artificial intelligence technologies. The practical goal is to simplify interactions between citizens, businesses, and the state while increasing the efficiency of government processes.

Key areas of cooperation include re-engineering state processes, transitioning to a platform-based digitalization model, developing Big Data systems, and creating intelligent support for managerial decision-making. The parties also plan to jointly promote digital solutions and technological expertise in Central Asian markets.

"We view this cooperation as an opportunity not only to develop digital solutions domestically but also to scale Kazakh GovTech practices at the regional level," said Aliya Ospanova, General Director of the Center for Support of Digital Government. "This involves promoting digital platforms, implementing joint projects, and exporting technological expertise. In the long term, this could become the foundation for establishing a regional GovTech competence center in Central Asia."
