Kazakhstan Advises Citizens to Avoid Travel to Iran Amid Regional Tensions

@МИД РК
Amid ongoing regional tensions, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has issued a recommendation for its citizens to temporarily refrain from traveling to the Islamic Republic of Iran until the situation stabilizes.
The Ministry advises Kazakh citizens currently in Iran to consider leaving the country. Those who remain are urged to exercise heightened vigilance, follow strict safety precautions, monitor news developments closely, and adhere to all instructions from local authorities.
Furthermore, Kazakh nationals are called upon to carefully consider travel plans to other countries in the Middle East, taking into account the current volatile situation and its potential for rapid escalation.
Kazakhstan's diplomatic missions in Iran continue to operate normally. Contact lines have been established for Kazakh citizens in Iran and their relatives back home seeking additional or urgent information.
